BARRINGER ANNUAL CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

On the 25th Anniversary of September 11, we pause to remember the lives forever changed that day and honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who continue to protect our freedoms.
Join Barringer Construction for an afternoon of friendly competition, outstanding BBQ, networking, and community as we raise critical funds for the North Carolina Heroes Fund, providing emergency financial assistance to North Carolina’s military members, veterans, and their families during times of unexpected hardship.
Together, we can ensure that those who answered our nation’s call know their community stands beside them.
RUN OF SHOW
11:00 AM – Welcome, Sign-In, Grab lunch, and Buy your raffle tickets to have a shot at taking home some of our prizes!
12:00 PM – First round begins (15-minute rounds)
Between Rounds – We will be live auctioning items, and pulling raffle winners.
Note: You do not need to be present to win raffle prizes.
REGISTRATION
Registration deadline is September 9th. Participants must pay in advance and submit a team name at sign-up. Teams may be able to purchase a bye on the day-of.
Entry Fees:
$200: Team Registration Fee (includes 2 meals, 2 players, and 2 raffle tickets)
$25: Includes food & drink only.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
- All sponsor logos will be featured on the NC Heroes website and Barringer posts involving the tournament.
- All sponsorship levels (see below) include one team, food for 2 people, 2 raffle tickets, a tournament bye, and a promotion at the Cornhole Tournament and on the NC Heroes website.
- To sign up as a sponsor, we must have a full name, email, company, and phone number
Sponsorship Levels:
- Commander in Chief, $10,000 | Supports FIVE veterans and their families in need – taking care of essential living expenses such as mortgage/rent payments, car payments, insurance payments, and food and gas gift cards.
- Secretary of Defense, $6,000 | Supports THREE veterans and their families in need – taking care of essential living expenses such as mortgage/rent payments, car payments, insurance payments, and food and gas gift cards.
- Joint Chief of Staff, $4,000 | Supports TWO veterans and their families in need – taking care of essential living expenses such as mortgage/rent payments, car payments, insurance payments, and food and gas gift cards.
- General, $2,000 | Supports ONE veteran and their family in need – taking care of essential living expenses such as mortgage/rent payments, car payments, insurance payments, and food and gas gift cards.
EVENT LOCATION & PARKING
The tournament will be held in the gravel parking lot on the north side of Barringer’s office. Public parking is available nearby.
