82nd Airborne Div. 1-325 Infantry from Ft. Bragg

While on a mission in Baghdad in 2004 men of the 82nd Airborne Div. 1-325 Infantry from Ft Bragg stopped briefly to document their time in Iraq. Kneeling in the front is SGT Bonilla, of New York, New York; on the right is PFC David Cooper, of Charlotte, NC – who completed his active duty service in 2006 and now attends UNC-Charlotte;  On the left is PFC Eric Brownell, of Fayetteville, NC – who has since been promoted and is now SGT Brownell and is still part of the 1-325 HHC, 82nd Airborne Div.;  In the back is PV2 Tyson Villarreal who has also since been promoted and is now SGT Villarreal and currently attached to the 1st TSC out of Fort Bragg, NC

1st Lt. Ed Salau of New Bern, getting geared up for action in Kuwait. Lt. Salau of the 1st Battalion, 120th Infantry Regiment (Mechanized), 30th Brigade Combat Team of the North Carolina Army National Guard, was stationed at F.O.B Bernstein, near Tuz, Iraq.
