NC Heroes Grant Application
The fund was established to provide support to military men and women from North Carolina or stationed at one of North Carolina’s many military bases. This support is primarily centered on hardships which these men and women, or their families, may have endured due to their service oversees.
You will need the following in order to complete this application: 1. Copy of Proof Service or DD214 2. Copy of bills/financial statements related to hardship. 3. Photo of the applicant
