Candyce Arroyo grew up in the Charlotte area and graduated from Garinger High School. She spent10years in the U.S. Army as both a Chemical Operation Specialist and eventually a recruiter (part of her duty included recruiting at Garinger High. Her husband also serves in the Army and just arrived in Iraq for his second tour of dutywhere he will be until August 2009. His first tour lasted from Sept 2005- November 2006. Candyce has two small boys (is attempting to get some type of work before beginning school to become a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), and follow that up with some additional schooling to get her RN.Candyce and her family are no stationed at Ft Leonard Woods, MO. We are pleased to provide a partial scholarship to assist with her nursing education.
