SGT Janice Huttar served in a Combat Heavy Equipment Transportation (HET) unit with the North Carolina National Guard in Iraq for 15 months, from Jan. 2004 through March 2005. She served at a Camp Taji, just north of Baghdad. SGT Huttar is a single mother and still battles with some of the challenges encountered during her time serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
